Amarula Cream, from South Africa, is made from the fruit of the marula tree. The fruit ripens in February and March, releasing a wonderfully tropical aroma that attracts all kinds of wildlife.

This cream liqueur has a distinct butterscotch character, with notes of vanilla and tropical fruit.

It’s perfect for flavouring desserts like panna cotta, ice cream and sweets such as chocolate truffles — but of course it’s just as delicious enjoyed on its own or mixed into cocktails!
