André Clouet Brut Rosé has a berry-driven, nuanced and very fresh palate, with notes of pink grapefruit, red apples, wild strawberries and freshly baked wheat bread. The palate is light to medium-bodied, charmingly fruity yet dry, with a smooth texture and fresh acidity.

The wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown in the house’s vineyards in Bouzy and Ambonnay, both classified as grand cru—an ambitious choice for a moderately priced cuvée.

This rosé is complex and expressive, with a long finish. Remarkable in both style and class.

Rosé Champagne is the perfect aperitif, but of course it can be enjoyed on any good occasion. Best enjoyed on its own, or with delicate fish dishes.
