A rich, full-bodied Pinot Noir champagne with notes of freshly baked bread, pink grapefruit and red winter apples. Nicely fruity yet completely dry, with fresh acidity and a subtle breadiness from ageing.

The wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown in vineyards in Bouzy and Ambonnay, both classified as grand cru — an ambitious choice for a moderately priced cuvée.
