Bareksten Botanical Gin is inspired by the raw, wild nature around Bergen. The base is made from locally grown potatoes, and of its 26 ingredients, a full 18 are sourced from the area surrounding the distillery in Norway. Ingredients include rhubarb, lingonberry, wild blueberry, mint and elderflower.

Bareksten Botanical Gin is distilled like a traditional London Dry Gin, while also using a modern method in which flavour and character are added via a vapour basket.

Bareksten has achieved international success, including double gold medals at the World Gin Awards in San Francisco.
