Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye is the distillery’s first rye whiskey to carry the Bottled-in-Bond designation. Dating back to 1897, the designation means, among other things, that the whiskey must come from a single distiller and distilling season, be aged for at least four years and be bottled at 50 percent ABV. The mash bill is 70 percent rye, 18 percent corn and 12 percent malted barley.

The flavour is full-bodied and spicy, with notes of dried fruit and caramel, along with the distinctive spice that rye brings. Serve at room temperature or over ice. It also works well as a base in classic whiskey cocktails such as the Manhattan and Old Fashioned.
