Rum Old Fashioned

A rich, flavorful cocktail where the rum’s oak character meets aromatic bitters and orange.

Grönstedts Rum	5 cl
Simple Syrup	0.5 cl
Angostura aromatic bitters	2 dash
Orange zest
Large ice cube	1 pc

Stir the rum, simple syrup and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Twist the orange zest over the glass to release the oils.
Drop the zest into the glass and serve immediately.
