Hallands Svartvinbär Sour

A fresh, elegant twist on the classic Sour, with Hallands Svartvinbär’s natural berry notes balanced by bright lemon acidity and a touch of sweetness.

Hallands Svartvinbär	5 cl
Freshly squeezed lemon juice	3 cl
Simple Syrup	2 cl
Egg white
Ice

Pour Hallands Svartvinbär, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup and, if using, egg white into a shaker.
If using egg white, dry shake first to build up the foam.
Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Serve straight away and enjoy a smooth, fruity and tangy drink.
