Hasselnöt Choklad Matcha

Creamy matcha cocktail with hazelnut and white chocolate.

Vodka	2 oz
White crème de cacao	1 oz
Hazelnut liqueur	½ oz
Matcha powder	¼ tsp
Vanilla syrup	½ oz
Egg white
Matcha powder	till garnering

Make your vanilla syrup and let it cool.
Add ice to a shaker. Add the vodka, white crème de cacao, hazelnut liqueur, matcha powder, vanilla syrup and egg white.
Shake hard and long so the egg white emulsifies and becomes foamy.
Double strain into a coupe.
Let the drink rest for a moment so the foam rises.
Garnish with a light dusting of matcha powder and enjoy.
