Vermuttino

A super-simple spritz made with dry vermouth, soda water and lemon.

Dry Vermouth	6 cl
Soda Water	12 cl
Lemon	till garnering
Ice

Fill a highball glass or wine glass with ice.
Pour in the dry vermouth.
Top with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with lemon zest or a thin lemon slice.
