Blended whisky aged in port casks is rare, but it delivers an incredibly balanced sweetness and robust character.

The port casks really speak to us in the colour, aroma and flavour of this unique edition from The Famous Grouse. Ruby Cask offers aromas of dried fruit and a spicy touch of cinnamon and clove. The palate has a distinct cask character with notes of dried fruit, toffee, vanilla, hazelnuts, spices and orange peel.

A tip is to serve it with creamy, salty cheeses that pair beautifully with Ruby’s lovely whisky and cask sweetness.
