The Famous Grouse Sherry Cask Finish offers a decadent blend of flavour notes, including chocolate, almond, dried fruit and sweet spices. This is a fruity, spicy blended whisky, with Speyside single malts matured in sherry casks.

The aim was to create a whisky that is slightly sweeter while still staying true to the smooth, distinctive character of the original. In the final stage of maturation, the carefully selected combination of malt and grain whisky is married once again in old sherry casks to further enhance its rich, smooth character.

The packaging pays tribute to the Spanish capercaillie hen. This special bird was chosen for its connection to the product’s Spanish sherry heritage, and for its orange and red plumage that reflects the amber liquid.
