Behind the wine is a Master of Wine, and the grape is Grenache Gris from Languedoc, next door to Provence. The style? Extremely pale, dry and elegant. Sun-ripened strawberries, watermelon and white peach meet a subtle Mediterranean salinity.

This is rosé with attitude, without being loud.

Serve lightly chilled. Just as good with salty snacks and charcuterie as with grilled vegetables, fish and seafood. Or simply a glass in good company.
