Tia Maria is a world-famous coffee liqueur with roots in Jamaica. Its popular flavour comes from three key ingredients: vanilla from Madagascar, Jamaican rum and the highly regarded Blue Mountain coffee, made from 100 percent Arabica beans.
Tia Maria is a “cold brew” liqueur. Cold-brewing the coffee brings out its sweeter flavours. In Tia Maria, notes of smooth coffee caramel and vanilla are unmistakable.
Best served just as it is in a glass over ice, but it also works beautifully as a cocktail ingredient. For example, in a "Tia Espresso Martini".

Tia Espresso Martini
An elegant, energizing coffee kick.
Fill a martini glass with ice and set it aside. Pour the Tia Maria, vodka and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice. Shake the ingredients together. Discard the ice from the martini glass. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
