Two Tracks Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic and youthful, with notes of passion fruit, pear, blackcurrant leaf and lime. The nose offers fresh aromas of citrus, gooseberry, honeydew melon and passion fruit.

The grapes are harvested in the morning, when they are full of aroma and freshness. They are slowly whole-bunch pressed, after which the must is left to settle and clarify overnight in steel tanks before being fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve the full aromatic range of the grapes.

This popular Sauvignon Blanc is best served chilled, ideally at around 10 degrees, to bring out the wine’s lovely aromas.

Best enjoyed on its own, with mild charcuterie and cheeses, summer-fresh salads, or lighter fish dishes.
