In a unique collaboration, Boulard Grand Solage O.P. Anderson Aquavit Cask Finish now arrives, with Boulard’s Calvados aged in casks from O.P. Anderson Distillery in Matfors.
Boulard Grand Solage O.P. Anderson Aquavit Cask Finish has a warm amber colour and a full-bodied apple flavour. The ageing in aquavit casks adds spicy notes of caraway, anise and liquorice to both aroma and taste. The long, rounded finish offers hints of caramel, liquorice and vanilla.
This Calvados is best enjoyed at room temperature in a tulip-shaped glass or in a refreshing cocktail.

Pour Boulard O.P. Cask Finish into a glass with ice and squeeze in the juice from a wedge of fresh lemon. Add 2 teaspoons simple syrup, then fill the glass with tonic. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
