A luxurious taste of Normandy with a touch of Swedish summer

Tonic
Boulard O.P. Cask Finish	3.5 ml
Lemon	1 wedge
Simple Syrup	2 tsp
Rosemary	1 sprig

Pour Boulard O.P. Cask Finish into a glass with ice and squeeze in the juice from a wedge of fresh lemon. Add 2 teaspoons simple syrup, then fill the glass with tonic. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
