On a small island off Scotland’s west coast, something new has taken shape in the world of whisky. Isle of Raasay is the distillery that has quickly attracted wide attention and earned several international awards.

In Isle of Raasay The Draam, tradition meets fresh thinking through a unique six-cask maturation, where both peated and unpeated spirit mature separately before being brought together. The result is a single malt with a distinct character: gently smoky, with notes of dark fruit, balanced by a soft, rounded touch of chocolate fudge on the finish.

Maturation takes place in casks that previously held American rye whiskey and Bordeaux wine, as well as new Chinkapin oak, adding layers of flavour and depth.

Serve Isle of Raasay The Draam neat, or with a few drops of water to open up the flavours even further.
