Natsu Spritz

A fruity burst of Japanese elegance.

Summer Berries
Grapefruit (garnish)
Suntory ROKU Gin	50 ml
Peach	½
Honey	1 tsp
Tonic Water	100 ml

Pour Suntory ROKU Gin and honey into the glass. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved. Add ice and fruit. Stir for 15 seconds. Top with Tonic Water and garnish.
