Master Blender Alex Thomas set out to break the rules of traditional Single Malt Whiskey-making by creating an unexpected, more approachable flavour profile. Carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks, bold flavour and a smooth finish come together to bring The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey to life.

The Sexton is made from 100% Irish malted barley and triple-distilled in copper pot stills for an extra-smooth whiskey.

The taste is refreshing, with balanced notes of honey, malt and oil, leading into a gentle sweetness on the finish. Aromas of nuts and dark chocolate are followed by marzipan, spices and fruit.

Serve neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
